CBI was responsible for the I.T. Design and Relocation programme at Ernst & Young's new HQ for 3,800 Staff. CBI's Vendor Independence and structured project approach to integrating technologies, has allowed E&Y to retain full control of the project. CBI staff have fully integrated with the E&Y project team and has developed significant business initiatives to assist the procurement process, thus delivering the Project on time and on budget. |
